Retailer Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I update my account information?
    You may change any information on your account, including shipping addresses by submitting in writing requested changes via email at orders@crgibson.com or fax 888-254-8515.

  • Where can I get a credit application?
    You can download a PDF form from a link on the "Request A Catalog" Page or "Retailer Login" pages.

  • How do I update my shipping account?
    If you use a 3rd Party Billing account and would like that information stored in our files, submitting in writing requested changes via email at orders@crgibson.com or fax 888-254-8515.

  • What is the standard shipping time for an order?
    Approximate shipping time is 48-72 hours provided account is current.

  • How can I be set up as a US wholesale account?
    For U.S. retail customers with a valid Tax ID number, to establish a wholesale account submit a credit application along with your order. Orders must meet minimum requirements. Initial orders must be placed via phone/fax. Once established, retailer will be provided with a login and password to order online.

  • Do you sell to International Retailers?
    For information on selling C.R. Gibson products outside of US, please email inquiry to internationalorders@crgibson.com. International orders are classified as a retail customer whose primary location of business is outside of US border even if order ships to US address.

  • What are the opening order requirements?
    For retail customers, minimum opening order is $300 wholesale cost of goods ordered; reorders are $150 wholesale cost of goods ordered.

  • What do I do if there is a problem with a shipment?
    For damages, defectives, shortages, etc., please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-243-6004 within 5 days of receipt of goods.

  • How do I follow up on an order/backorder?
    Order status can be viewed under the "Customer Self Service" menu once logged into our wholesale site; or contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-243-6004; email for US wholesale customers at orders@crgibson.com; email for international wholesales customers at internationalorders@crgibson.com

  • Will I receive a confirmation of my order and/or shipment for orders placed on the C.R. Gibson wholesale site?
    Once an order is confirmed on the website, a confirmation will be sent to the requested email address and a shipping confirmation will be sent after shipment leaves our Distribution Center to the same email address.

  • Can I pay my C.R. Gibson invoices online?
    Currently we do not offer invoice payment online.

  • Where can I find a complete list of wholesale terms?
    See the "Terms and Conditions of Sale" on menu at bottom of web page.

  • How do I request a catalog?
    Retail customers can fill out the request form found in the "Request a Catalog" tab located on the top menu.

  • How do I update my email address?
    You can update an email address by requesting through our Customer Service Department at 1-800-243-6004.

  • Is this website and my information secure?
    We protect the security of the information you provide online by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security software that encrypts certain kinds of personal information during transmission, such as credit card information, throughout the check-out process. The security features are automatic. To be sure your information is SSL encrypted, depending on your browser, look for an unbroken key or closed padlock icon on your browser to indicate that the SSL is active and your information is secure. We also employ industry standard firewall and anti-virus protection along with maintaining vendor security patches and host-based intrusion detection systems. Although we have implemented reasonable measures designed to secure personal information collected on our website from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes, nor can we guarantee that the transmission of data over the Internet that includes your personal information, or information storage technology, will be 100% secure.

  • Are C.R. Gibson products photo safe, PVC, Acid & Lignin-Free?
    All C.R. Gibson products are acid-free, PVC-free and photo safe. Wedding and Infant Memory books have acid-free and lignin-free pages. A complete overview can be found in our catalog.
